 - Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name: Changed from Form 13 to Form section 28.
 - Return of Allotment of Shares: Previously Form 24, now included on Form Section 14.
 - Form of Transfer of Securities: Changed from Form 32A to Form Section 105.
 - Form of Directors & Secretaries: Changed from Form 49 to Form Section 58.
