Changes of Company’s SSM Form

The Companies Act 2016 introduced several changes to the forms required for company incorporation and administration compared to the Companies Act 1967.

 Here are some key changes:

1. Certificate of Incorporation: Under the 1967 Act, Form 9 was used, while the 2016 Act use Form Section 17.
2. Notice of Registration: Previously None, now Form Section 15  under the CA 2016 
3. Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name: Changed from Form 13 to Form section 28.
4. Return of Allotment of Shares: Previously Form 24, now included on Form Section 14.
5. Form of Transfer of Securities: Changed from Form 32A to Form Section 105.
6. Form of Directors & Secretaries: Changed from Form 49 to Form Section 58.
